Job Description:

Plays a vital role in managing laboratory processes, including Pre-Analytic, Analytic, and Post-Analytic stages, while adhering to the Section’s established guidelines and protocols. Probationary Junior Medical Technologists are required to perform these tasks under the direct supervision of the Section Supervisor or a designated Senior MT until they have successfully completed their training. Their responsibilities contribute to maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and quality in laboratory operations.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology

• Board Certified by the Philippine Regulatory Commission

• Familiar with use of automated equipment and ability to operate equipment with minimal supervision
